Lifetime Warranty
For residential use, we warrant our furniture to the original owner to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for the lifetime of the original owner. This warranty is not transferable and is limited to repair or replacement at or sole discretion. Claimed defective items must be returned to us prepaid. We specifically disclaim warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. This warranty does not apply to damage resulting from improper maintenance, misuse, negligence, normal wear or abuse.
Care of Furniture
Simple instructions for the care of GAZE BURVILL Oak and Stainless Steel Collection are supplied with the furniture.
Cushions
Fitted cushions are available to order, though the seats are perfectly comfortable without them. Standard cushions are made from cotton drill in a variety of standard colours, while we offer large down-filled scatter cushions in Allegra Hicks linen prints for the Splash Collection. Cushions should not be left outside all the time to get damp. |
